Welcome to the Seller’s Information section.  I know that selling a home, your home, is a big decision.  It’s a decision that starts with determining the current value of your home.  If, after determining the current value, selling is still an option, you will need expert advice from a real estate professional.  That’s where I can help.


Just the facts... 

Your home’s value has nothing to do with how much you owe on it, what your credit card balance is, or how much your replacement home in Hawaii is going to cost. 

It is difficult for some sellers to determine the value of their home because they cannot be OBJECTIVE.  After all, it’s their home.  They searched high and low to find it, improved it, raised their family in it, and created memories to last a life time.  And, if they bought it during the market's all-time high, it's worth significantly less in today's market.  My job is to be OBJECTIVE.  I owe you an honest and unbiased opinion of it’s current value.  Sometimes the truth hurts, but don’t shoot the messenger. 

If you are not able to accept the current market value of your home, do not try to sell it.  Timing is everything and NOW may NOT be the time for you to sell.  I make my living listing and selling real estate.  Telling homeowners NOT to sell is not something you expect a Realtor to say.  But, I believe this market is only for those homeowners who have accepted today's reality.    

Buyers are not evil.  They are doing exactly what you would do if you were a buyer. 

I do not decide what your home is worth.  Your home’s value is determined by you (what you are willing to sell for) and a willing buyer (what a buyer is willing to pay). 

Okay!!!  I have said it, it is the TRUTH,  and it HURTS!!!  Now let's move on!
